Role Description

- Identify potential distributors and retailers in assigned areas.
- Appoint and onboard suitable distributors for Royal Ruby Tea.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on primary sales from the company to distributors.
- Monitor and follow up on secondary sales from distributors to retailers.
- Ensure regular stock movement and product availability in the market.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand sales, stock, and retailer requirements.




- Identify new market opportunities and expand the distribution network.
- Follow up with distributors on orders, payments, stock, and sales performance.
- Monitor distributor performance and support them in achieving their targets.
- Gather market feedback and keep track of competitor activities and pricing.
- Maintain regular reports of sales, distributor performance, market visits, and new appointments.

Qualifications

- Nepali-speaking candidates preferred.
- Experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or field sales is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and market visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to identify and develop new distributor and retailer relationships.
- Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
