Position: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements and preferences.
- Explain Royal Enfield motorcycle models, features, specifications and pricing.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and arrange test rides.
- Handle customer enquiries and generate sales leads through showroom and online enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom business growth.
- Explain finance, insurance, exchange and other available offers to customers.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, registration and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Participate in showroom promotional activities,



events and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain proper knowledge of competitors, market trends and Royal Enfield products.

- Valuable knowledge and interest in motorcycles and the automobile industry.
- Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve individual as well as showroom targets.
- Presentable, confident and qualified personality.

Qualification
- Graduate / 12th Pass preferred.
- Previous experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Salary Salary: As per experience and performance.

Incentives: Attractive sales incentives based on target achievement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
