Our goal is to simplify property buying through honest consultation, verified inventory, and a smooth end-to-end buying experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a fresher Sales Executive who is confident, energetic, and eager to build a career in real estate sales.

This is a full-time, work-from-office role focused on calling prospective homebuyers, understanding their requirements, generating site visits, explaining projects, and following up consistently until the customer closes.

You will work closely with our Closing Manager, who will assist with negotiations, final discussions, and the closure process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling & Qualification

- Make 150–200 calls per day to leads generated through Meta Ads and other digital campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and buying timelines.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine purchase opportunities.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.

Site Visit Generation
- Convince qualified prospects to schedule site visits.
- Coordinate site visit schedules with customers and the internal team.
- Ensure maximum conversion of leads into site visits.

Project Explanation
- Understand the assigned residential projects thoroughly.
- Explain project features, amenities, pricing, configurations, payment plans, and location advantages.
- Build trust and handle initial customer queries confidently.

Follow-up & Conversion
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers after site visits.
- Understand objections and keep prospects engaged.
- Coordinate with the Closing Manager for advanced negotiations and closure.
- Follow up until the customer is successfully closed or the lead is disqualified.

CRM & Reporting




- Update CRM after every customer interaction.
- Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up records.
- Submit daily calling and activity reports.
- Ensure no assigned lead is left unattended.

Daily Responsibilities
- 150–200 outbound calls
- Handle all assigned inbound leads
- Generate and schedule customer site visits
- Explain projects to prospective buyers
- Follow up with leads and site-visit customers
- Coordinate with the Closing Manager
- Update CRM daily
- Submit end-of-day reports

Required Skills

- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
- Strong follow-up and convincing abilities
- Basic computer, Excel, and CRM knowledge
- Target-oriented and disciplined
- Willingness to learn real estate sales
- Ability to work from office every day

Experience Freshers are welcome.

Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: Upto ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Incentives are linked to site visits, conversions, and successful closures.
