Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualified leads.

- Understand customer requirements and explain our digital product, features, benefits, and pricing.

- Schedule and conduct basic product demos.

- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.

- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.

- Maintain lead details and follow-ups in the CRM.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Coordinate with the product and support teams whenever required.

- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales/management team.

Candidate Requirements

- 0–3 Years years of experience in

IT sales,



telesales, telecalling, SaaS, or software sales

.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

- Good command of

Hindi and English

.

- Basic understanding of software, SaaS, websites, or digital marketing.

- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.

- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.

- Prior experience selling digital products or SaaS will be an advantage.
