Sales Executive

Location-Kirti Nagar , Delhi

Salary: 40,000 to 80,000 Monthly

Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, builders, and MEP companies.

Promote and sell HVAC products and complete HVAC solutions, including AHUs, ducting, ventilation systems, chillers, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and related equipment.

Understand client requirements and provide technically suitable HVAC solutions.

Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates.

Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project execution teams for smooth project delivery.

Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and provide technical support.

Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.

Follow up on enquiries, tenders, and customer requirements until project finalization.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.





Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.

Keep track of market trends, competitors, and upcoming HVAC projects.

Required Skills:-

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.

Good understanding of AHU, Ducting, Chillers, FCUs, VRF/VRV, Ventilation Systems, Diffusers, Grills, Dampers, and related HVAC products.

Ability to read HVAC drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
