Job Responsibilities

Handle customers professionally and understand their jewellery requirements.

Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products based on their preferences and budget.

Explain product features, designs, quality, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and follow-ups effectively.

Maintain a professional and welcoming environment on the showroom floor.

Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth sales and customer service operations.

Maintain proper knowledge of jewellery products, designs, and current market trends.

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Jewellery Showroom, with strong customer-handling and sales skills. Candidates must be well-presented, confident, and comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment.

Important Note :-Immediate joining / short notice candidates will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
