We are looking for an energetic and polished Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong relationships with prospective customers. The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with premium clientele, have a strong understanding of consultative selling, and be able to effectively communicate the value, features and benefits of premium real estate and membership offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for through direct sales, references, networking and assigned leads.
- Conduct personalised presentations and one-on-one meetings with prospective members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, entrepreneurs, business owners and senior professionals.
- Conduct site/club visits and deliver a premium, personalised customer experience.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects, follow-ups, meetings and conversions through CRM.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Represent the brand professionally at exhibitions, networking events, member events and promotional activities.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor clubs, premium real estate industry.
- Ensure all documentation and commercial processes are completed accurately.
