job Overview The Coders Adda is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT sales, software sales, B2B sales, or technology services and be confident in communicating with potential clients and understanding their business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential B2B clients for software and IT services.
- Visit client offices and businesses to generate new sales opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software or digital solutions.
- Present and explain the company's software development services, products, and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, product/service presentations, and follow-ups with prospects.
- Manage the sales pipeline and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand and communicate project requirements effectively.
- Maintain regular records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, B2B sales, or a related field.




- Good understanding of software development and IT services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in client meetings and business presentations.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Own vehicle/conveyance is preferred for client visits.
