KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & LEAD GENERATION

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC (commercial, residential & industrial projects).
- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and site visits.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer requirements.

CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical solutions to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the design and estimation teams for project costing and execution.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.

SALES EXECUTION & REPORTING
- Follow up on leads and quotations to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Participate in tenders, bidding, and project discussions as required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS




- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Basic to strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, Ducting, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable meeting clients, consultants, and contractors in person and building relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND
- Prior experience in HVAC project sales or business development.
- Understanding of the project lifecycle, costing, and estimation basics.
- Ability to explain ROI and technical solutions to clients in easy terms.
- For internal design/PM candidates: demonstrated comfort with client interaction and a genuine interest in moving

into a sales-oriented role. Pay: ₹10,050.17 - ₹33,542.14 per month
