Job Summary:
Responsible for driving B2C sales, converting leads into admissions, and achieving revenue targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Role & responsibilities
- Handle and convert leads via calls, walk-ins, and digital channels
- Conduct counselling sessions to drive admissions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve conversion rates
- Guide and monitor team performance
- Ensure excellent customer experience and follow-up
Preferred candidate profile
- 05 years of B2C sales experience (preferably in education/training)
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in lead conversion and target achievement
