Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive, Fresher or with at least 1 year of experience working with Government Departments/PSUs in the IT/ manpower/ staffing domain (both technical and non-technical roles). The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, participating in tenders, and driving revenue growth in government staffing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Government Departments, PSUs, and Autonomous Bodies.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with government clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements for technical and non-technical manpower and propose suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for timely manpower deployment.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal submission,



negotiation, and closure.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, documentation, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective opportunities and provide regular MIS reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Understanding of government processes
- Experience in manpower outsourcing/staffing industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle documentation and compliance requirements
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Business Development preferred)

Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience working with NICSI, State Govt departments, Ministries, or PSUs will be an added advantage
