Position: In-house Sales Executive

Location: Madurai

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide excellent service at the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery designs.
- Explain product details, pricing, offers, wastage, making charges, and schemes.
- Show gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery collections to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and bookings.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers during billing, delivery, exchange, and other showroom processes.
- Maintain proper product handling and showroom discipline.
- Participate in showroom events, promotions,



and special sales campaigns.

Requirements
- 12th / Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers can apply; jewellery or retail sales experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
