Job Title: Sales Executive Industrial & Warehouse Leasing

- Location: Sector 114, Gurugram (In-office)
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in Real Estate Sales (Open to general real estate backgrounds, but the role strictly focuses on industrial/warehouse leasing)

Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and confident Sales Executive to specialize in industrial and warehouse leasing. While prior real estate sales experience is welcome, the core focus of this role will be B2B industrial leasing, dealing with logistics firms, manufacturers, and corporate occupiers. You will manage end-to-end inside sales, cold calling, client coordination, and channel partner networks to drive warehouse leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to prospective corporate clients, manufacturers, and logistics players via cold calling and warm follow-ups for warehouse spaces.
- Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule site visits and business meetings for prospective tenants with the core leasing team.
- Pipeline & Follow-up Management:



Maintain disciplined follow-ups with clients and keep the CRM database updated with lead statuses.
- Sourcing & Market Mapping: Source potential clients and requirements looking for industrial land, built-to-suit, or ready-to-move warehouses.
- Channel Partner Relationship: Build, nurture, and maintain solid professional relationships with brokers and channel partners dealing in industrial real estate to secure a steady flow of requirements.
- Professional Communication: Handle high-standard verbal and written correspondence (emails, proposals, professional messaging, and calls) with corporate clients and channel partners.

Requirements & Skills

- Gender: Female candidate.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales (experience or strong affinity toward industrial/commercial/warehouse leasing will be an added advantage).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to engage with corporate clients professionally.
- Work Style: Target-driven, proactive, comfortable with phone/email outreach, and based out of or willing to commute to Sector 114, Gurugram.
