Role & Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, referrals, networking and other sales channels.

- Identify potential clients and understand their travel requirements.

- Present suitable travel products, packages and services based on customer needs.

- Follow up with leads, prepare quotations and coordinate with clients through the sales process.

- Negotiate with clients and work towards converting qualified leads into confirmed bookings.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and sales activities.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.

- Stay updated on travel products, destinations, packages and market trends.





- Provide regular updates and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development or a related customer-facing role.

- Experience in the travel and tourism and hospitality industry is preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Valuable negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM/sales tools.

- Candidates who are proactive, confident and willing to take ownership of their sales pipeline will be preferred.
