About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Experience Centre in Calicut.

Our Experience Centre showcases sofa fabrics, furnishing products, catalogues, and samples. Your main responsibility will be to welcome customers, understand their requirements, guide them through suitable options, and provide a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Freshers with positive communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and assist them throughout their visit.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Guide customers through sofa fabrics, catalogues, samples, and furnishing products.
- Explain product details, designs, quality, pricing, and available options.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support repeat business.
- Achieve individual and Experience Centre sales targets.
- Maintain a professional presentation of catalogues, samples, and the Experience Centre.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Billing, Inventory, and other departments when required.
- Maintain proper customer information, enquiry, follow-up, and sales records.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and Experience Centre procedures.

Qualifications




- Minimum Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Previous experience in sales, showroom sales, retail sales, customer service, furniture, furnishing, textile, or interior-related industries is an advantage.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills are important.
