- Experience Required: 3+ Years in the Steel or Construction Materials sector
- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate

Qualifications

1. Experience: 3–5 Years
2. Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor and B2B sales.
3.



Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
4. Ability to generate new leads and convert enquiries into sales
5. Willingness to travel for field sales and client visits
6. Target-oriented and capable of achieving monthly sales targets

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of on-ground sales experience specifically in steel manufacturing, TMT bars, or structural steel.
- Strong network of dealers and contractors across Chhattisgarh.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and pipeline management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
