Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions and execute product sales
- Explain jewellery details including gold/silver purity, pricing, and designs
- Assist with customization orders in coordination with supervisors
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products
- Build robust customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
