About the Role

ARC RIOT is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Branding to grow our B2B branding and visual communication business.

The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, understanding their branding requirements, and converting opportunities into revenue.

Candidates with experience in branding, signage, large-format printing, retail graphics, events, advertising, or corporate visual communication will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current B2B leads and develop potential corporate accounts.
- Connect with Marketing, Admin, Procurement, Facility and Branding teams of prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable branding solutions.
- Sell solutions including wall graphics, signage, retail branding, office branding, event graphics, window graphics, vehicle graphics, displays and large-format printing.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits when required.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Follow up consistently and convert qualified opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and identify repeat-business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Design,



Production and Execution teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and updates.
- Achieve monthly lead, opportunity and revenue targets.

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in approaching and meeting corporate clients.
- Ability to understand client requirements and sell solutions rather than just products.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM and digital sales tools is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in B2B sales may also apply.

Preferred Background

Experience or exposure in branding agencies, signage companies, printing, advertising, retail branding, exhibitions, events, corporate gifting, or B2B services would be an advantage.
