v Sales order punching in ERP/system.

v Coordinate for all levels of order approvals.

v Follow up with Production team regarding order status and material readiness.

v Share ready material status and dispatch updates with customers.

v Coordinate with Dispatch team for dispatch planning and execution.

v Plan dispatches for ready materials as per delivery schedule and priority.

v Share LR copy and dispatch-related documents with customers.

v Follow up with customers for pending payments and coordination.

v Coordinate with logistics/transport team for timely vehicle arrangement and delivery.

v Maintain sales order records, dispatch details, and MIS reports.

v Ensure proper coordination between Sales, Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Customers.
