Role Description The Sales Coordinator role at Clix Capital is a full-time, on-site position based in Kalyan.

The Sales

Coordinator will support the sales team by managing lead allocation, tracking daily sales activities, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. This role involves coordinating with relationship managers and branch staff, preparing basic reports and dashboards, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects and customers.

Coordinator will also assist in documentation for loan files,



liaise with operations and credit teams for smooth processing, and help organize local sales campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong sales support and coordination skills, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and follow-up handling.
- Proficiency in basic reporting and data handling, using spreadsheets or CRM tools to update and monitor sales information.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and interacting with customers.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of retail or SME lending products and processes is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or back-office support in financial services or related sectors preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is desirable.
