Role Description The Sales Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves supporting the sales team with order processing, tracking inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records.

The Sales

Coordinator will handle customer communications, respond to queries, follow up on leads, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery, updating sales reports, and assisting with scheduling meetings and presentations.



The role also requires maintaining organized documentation and contributing to process improvements that enhance sales efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, documentation, and internal workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to support client relationships and follow up on leads.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in basic office software (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and email tools) and familiarity with CRM or sales management systems is beneficial.
- Prior experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment, is an advantage.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
