Role Description The Sales Coordinator role at Santec Group is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram.

The Sales

Coordinator will support the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. This role involves coordinating with customers and internal departments to ensure timely responses, smooth order processing,



and effective resolution of customer issues.

The Sales

Coordinator will assist in scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, updating CRM or sales tools, and supporting follow-ups on leads and existing accounts. The position requires close collaboration with production, logistics, and service teams to align delivery schedules and after-sales support with customer expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage inquiries, orders, and documentation.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to handle client interactions and resolve issues professionally.
- Sales skills to support lead follow-up, upselling opportunities, and achievement of sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or sales management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a process-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in industrial equipment or manufacturing sales coordination is an advantage.
