Role Purpose The sales Coordinator will act as the central point of communication between customers, the sales team, and internal departments. The role ensures smooth order execution, timely delivery, and accurate reporting, while supporting overall sales operations and maintaining robust client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations for packaging products.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track sales orders, dispatch schedules, and maintain customer master data.
- Prepare MIS reports, revenue achievement trackers, and sales dashboards.
- Support the sales team in lead follow‑ups, client communication, and documentation.
- Liaise with costing and design teams for new product inquiries.
- Ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns and maintain service quality standards.
- Assist in cross‑functional coordination for corrugation and food packaging projects.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B. Com preferred; MBA in Marketing or related)
- 1+ years of experience in sales coordination/customer service within manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Exposure to ERP systems and structured reporting formats.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client servicing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel – Pivot Tables, Word; PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
