Sales Coordinator – Construction King

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing or Management will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
- Manage sales enquiries, leads, quotations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers, sales executives and internal departments for order processing.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, sales trackers and relevant documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries and other requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, sales orders and transactions.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, accounts and other departments to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor sales targets, pending orders and follow-up status.




- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Support the sales team in lead management and customer relationship management.
- Ensure timely updating of CRM/ERP systems and sales databases.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities and pending follow-ups.

Preferred

Experience in construction, infrastructure, steel, cement, building materials, manufacturing or related industries will be an advantage. Candidates with solid coordination, follow-up, customer handling and sales support skills will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
