- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.

- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.

- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.

- Coordinate with production, logistics, dispatch, accounts, and other departments to ensure timely order processing.

- Track sales orders and provide customers with regular updates on order status.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, appointments, and customer visits.

- Monitor pending enquiries, quotations,



and orders and ensure timely follow-up.

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.

- Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related records.

- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

- Perform other sales administration and coordination activities as assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
