We are hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive with 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, furniture, interior, or construction. Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.

- Conduct calls, client meetings, market visits, and site visits.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

- Promote furniture, interior, renovation, and construction services.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.

- Convert leads into successful sales.

- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Develop referrals and identify current business opportunities.

- Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams.

- Maintain customer and sales records.

- Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Generate repeat business and referrals.

- Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Requirements

- Any Graduate.





- 0–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.

- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.

- Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.

- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and interview performance.
