Job Summary

Skyy Rider Electric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building customer relationships, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, references, online platforms, and market visits.
- Identify potential customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Conduct market research and monitor market and competitor activities.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, dealer meetings, and other business development activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in the Automobile Industry is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of automobile products and basic understanding of the automotive market.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for business requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
