The Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for converting travel enquiries into bookings, understanding customer requirements, recommending the right packages, and managing customers throughout the sales process. You'll work closely with internal teams and vendors while being directly accountable for your sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming travel enquiries and convert them into bookings
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget
- Recommend suitable destinations, packages, and travel experiences




- Prepare and share travel proposals with customers
- Follow up on leads across the sales cycle
- Handle customer questions and objections effectively
- Negotiate and close bookings
- Maintain accurate lead and booking records using CRM tools
- Track sales data and reporting in Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution
- Identify upselling opportunities to increase booking value
- Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 9 months of relevant travel sales experience — only travel sales experience will be considered; not open to freshers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in travel with a working understanding of travel products and destinations
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Comfortable working with sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
- Excellent spoken and written English

Valuable to Have

- Experience with travel agencies, tour operators, or DMCs
- Familiarity with visa processes, travel insurance, or destination advisories
