Key Responsibilities - Visit customers regularly for meetings, follow-up, and relationship management

- Handle customer communication and ensure timely follow-up activities
- Prepare quotations and maintain accurate sales records
- Support reporting, planning, and office coordination activities
- Follow the customer handling process and reporting SOP strictly
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal team members
- Maintain proper documentation, visit reports, and communication records
- Ensure transparent and timely reporting to management
- Support problem-solving and coordination during project execution




- Follow strict discipline, communication process, and task management system Requirements & Skills - Basic technical understanding preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Good presentation and email writing skills
