Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Marketing role based in the Pune Division. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s digital marketing and web development services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns, and tracking sales performance against targets.

The person in this role will also handle customer inquiries, provide product and service information,



and support training sessions or presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams to refine messaging, improve service offerings, and strengthen the company’s market presence is an important part of this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, handle inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product or service presentations, onboard clients, and support internal knowledge sharing.
- Candidates should have familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including online advertising, social media, and basic web technologies.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proactive and goal-oriented work style.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in sales or marketing roles.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
