- Make an inventory and rate card for all open spaces other than retail areas - kiosks, signages and vertical spaces like drop down, weekend promotional spaces , creative new spaces to be created extra
- Prepare competitive analysis for city on rates, potential and agencies or leads to create extra income
- Sell open spaces in mall - kiosks
- Sell hoardings, signages and vertical spaces
- Sell promotional marketing spaces for weekend activities
- Monetize the same with targets and rates per day
- Create innovation space like LEDs, promotional activities etc to increase income
- Create barter income for marketing on spaces exchange so it can be utilized in marketing of mall
Exp.- 5 to 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
