Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, focused on driving business growth and strengthening client relationships for i-BnB’s technology solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and demos, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role involves collaborating with the technical team to understand offerings, developing marketing campaigns, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.



The specialist will also provide customer support, gather feedback to improve services, and deliver training or onboarding sessions for new clients as needed. This position requires active participation in local and regional outreach, including networking events and client meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation to close deals.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management, including guiding clients through product features and supporting internal sales processes.
- Familiarity with technology or software services, especially web, mobile, or AI solutions, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze market trends, prepare targeted marketing materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working in an agile, fast-paced environment with transparent delivery timelines and performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- Working proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
