Job Summary

Kanal Enterprises is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new business, manage existing customers, and drive sales growth for our Fastener Unit. The candidate will be responsible for B2B sales, customer visits, enquiry generation, order conversion, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and develop current customers in the assigned market.
- Handle sales of fasteners such as bolts, nuts, screws, washers, studs, and related products.
- Visit OEMs, industries, dealers, distributors, fabricators, and other potential customers.
- Generate enquiries, prepare/follow up quotations, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor pricing, products, and activities.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding customer requirements.




- Maintain customer records and submit regular sales/visit reports.
- Provide management with market feedback and new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience: 5 years in industrial sales, fasteners, engineering products, automotive components, hardware, or B2B sales preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and business-development abilities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM/ERP.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications.
- Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
