We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to work on real sales conversations, outbound outreach, and marketing activities. You'll get hands-on experience with finding prospects, making calls, following up, creating content, and working towards sales targets.

Duration: 3–6 months, paid

Stipend: ₹15,000/month + incentives on achieving targets

Location: Bengaluru

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing or a related field

Your Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients across relevant industries.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.




- Follow up with leads and help move conversations forward.
- Understand prospect requirements and coordinate with the team for the next steps.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and keep lead information updated.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and earn incentives based on performance.
- Support content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other marketing channels.
- Research competitors, industries, and trends to support sales and marketing activities.
- Bring insights from sales conversations into marketing and content ideas.

Superpowers You Will Need

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Confident communicator and comfortable with cold calling.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
- Curious, proactive, and good at research.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable creating or contributing to social media content.
