Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Indore. The intern will support outreach and lead generation efforts, including contacting prospective students, responding to inquiries, and explaining Spark Point Abroad’s services clearly and professionally. Daily tasks include assisting with sales presentations, maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, and helping manage follow-ups to convert prospects into enrolled clients.

The intern will also contribute to basic marketing activities such as supporting campaigns, gathering feedback from students,



and coordinating small events or info sessions. In addition, the role involves collaborating with team members on customer support, participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge, and providing input to enhance sales and marketing processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to engage with prospective students, explain offerings clearly, and collaborate effectively with the internal team.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns with patience and professionalism, and maintain positive relationships with students and families.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, follow up with prospects, and contribute to achieving enrollment and revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management–related skills to learn quickly, assist in training sessions, and help organize and track sales activities and performance.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational skills, basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or databases), and an interest in international education or career counseling.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment; prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
