Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern at Shieldworkz. The intern will support the sales and marketing team by assisting with lead generation, maintaining customer databases, and preparing sales presentations and marketing materials. Daily tasks include conducting market research, supporting outreach campaigns, responding to basic customer inquiries, and coordinating with team members to track progress on sales opportunities.

The intern will also help organize training or demo sessions for prospective clients,



contribute to social media and digital marketing efforts, and provide administrative support to sales management as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with prospects and internal teams effectively.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and basic negotiation capabilities.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management support skills, such as assisting in demos, preparing training materials, and tracking sales activities.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, digital channels, and industrial or cybersecurity domains is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and use productivity and CRM tools.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
