Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive will work full time on-site at MyWall’s Gurugram location, driving both creator and brand acquisition and engagement. This role involves conducting market research, identifying potential clients and partners, and supporting the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns. The executive will manage outreach, follow up on leads, conduct presentations or demos, and help maintain solid relationships with creators and brands.

Responsibilities also include coordinating promotional activities, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports,



and collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and offerings. The role requires a proactive approach to meeting targets and contributing to MyWall’s growth in a fast-paced, creator-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and support effective campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and understand creator and brand needs.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Communication skills to engage prospects, build relationships, and close deals.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively across teams, with robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Relevant experience in digital media, influencer marketing, or SaaS platforms is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, analytics platforms, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace applications is an advantage.
