We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales & Marketing Executive to join our wedding photography team in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with customers who enquire about wedding photography.
- Understand customer requirements, wedding dates and photography needs.
- Explain our photography and videography packages clearly.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
- Coordinate with the photography team regarding confirmed bookings.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Meet monthly sales and booking targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Hindi is an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Sales experience is preferred but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer/mobile applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
