About the Role

UPRIO is looking for a motivated Associate – Sales & Marketing to drive school activation, student enrollment, sales conversion, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Activate schools and promote UPRIO’s programs.
- Enroll students into free trial batches.
- Engage with students and parents.
- Convert free users into paid subscribers.
- Drive follow-ups, retention, and renewals.
- Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel.

Compensation ₹7 LPA + Travel Allowance

₹5 LPA Fixed + ₹2 LPA Variable

Probation: ₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance for 2 months.
