About the Role

CapitalXB is looking for a Marketing & Sales Analyst with Marketing as the core function. The role will focus on B2B marketing, market research, lead generation, campaign execution, and marketing analytics, with support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market and competitor research to identify target industries and business opportunities.

Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, digital channels, and events.

Create and coordinate marketing content, presentations, brochures, and campaigns.

Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels.

Track and analyze campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing KPIs.

Maintain prospect databases and provide market/lead insights to the sales team

Support sales with presentations, marketing collateral, and lead follow-ups.

Prepare regular marketing and sales reports using Excel/Power BI.

Requirements

MBA in Marketing / Business Analytics preferred.





3-5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or Sales & Marketing.

Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and marketing analytics.

Valuable communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with LinkedIn, CRM, Google Analytics, Canva, or Power BI is an advantage.

BFSI/FinTech experience is a plus.
