Profile: Business Development Exp : 2+ years

Location : Bangalore

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, target-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support long-term revenue expansion. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (KRs):

- Sales & Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services (e.g., permanent, contract, temp-to-hire, RPO). This involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation and deal closure.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, including HR heads, talent acquisition leaders, and C-suite executives.
- Needs Assessment & Solution Proposal: Understand client workforce requirements and propose tailored staffing solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaboration:



Coordinate closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely submission and quality delivery of candidates and to align on talent supply and client demand.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, emerging tech roles (if applicable, e.g., Java, iOS, Android), and potential leads.
- Reporting & Strategy: Track, analyze, and report business development performance metrics using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and contribute to planning and executing initiatives that support organizational growth.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches. Handle master service agreements (MSA), non-disclosure agreements (NDA), vendor onboarding, and compliance coordination.
