- Develop and maintain detailed design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SailPoint identityIQ with other systems and applications
- Develop and maintain custom connectors, workflows, and plugins for SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain documentation for SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

- Strong knowledge of Identity management concepts, access control models, and compliance regulations
- Experience with Java, XML, and SQL
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with other identity management systems, such as Oracle Identity manager or Microsoft Identity Manager
- Knowledge of cloud-based identity management solutions, such as SailPoint Identity Now
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Certification in SailPoint IdentityIQ or related technologies
