Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a portfolio of business loans, ensuring timely repayment and minimizing defaults.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Analyze credit applications, assessing risk factors such as cash flow, collateral value, and industry trends.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling other bank products or services to existing customers.

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in equipment finance, machinery loan, OD/WC/BL/CC lending.

- Solid understanding of agricultural finance principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
