Role & responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with statutory Health & Safety regulations
- Conduct HIRA, JSA, Risk Assessments & Safety Audits
- Implement and monitor EHS policies and procedures
- Conduct incident/accident investigation and prepare corrective actions
- Manage Permit to Work (PTW) systems
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks and awareness programs
- Monitor PPE compliance and protected work practices
- Support emergency preparedness and mock drills
- Maintain safety documentation, reports and records
- Drive continuous improvement in workplace safety standards

Preferred candidate profile ME / M.Tech Industrial Safety

810 years of relevant industrial/manufacturing experience

Strong knowledge of HIRA, JSA, PTW & Incident Investigation

Good understanding of ISO 45001 / ISO 14001

Knowledge of statutory safety requirements and compliance

Strong communication and coordination skills

Experience in manufacturing / automotive / engineering / chemical industries preferred
