Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Safety Engineer to ensure a safe working workplace at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE procedures, monitoring site safety activities, conducting inspections and training, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures and site safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and unsafe practices.
- Prepare and maintain HIRA, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, JSA/JHA, PTW, and safety checklists.
- Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT), safety inductions, and awareness training for employees and workers.
- Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and safe working practices.
- Ensure proper safety arrangements for work at height, electrical work, lifting activities, scaffolding, excavation, hot work, and confined-space work.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives regarding safety requirements.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe occurrences and assist in preparing corrective and preventive action reports.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, training records, incident reports, and statutory documents.
- Monitor emergency preparedness, fire safety, first-aid arrangements, and emergency response procedures.
- Conduct safety meetings and participate in HSE audits and inspections.




- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, client HSE standards, and project safety procedures.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of safety observations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and submit them to management.

Candidate Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering with a recognized Safety / Industrial Safety qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, MEP, industrial, warehouse, or infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of site safety procedures, risk assessment, and HSE documentation.
- Knowledge of PPE, PTW, TBT, HIRA, JSA/JHA, emergency response, and incident investigation.
- Ability to identify hazards and implement effective control measures.
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and preparation of HSE reports.
- Candidates with relevant safety certifications and experience in MEP / industrial projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
