Key Responsibilities

- Support SAP S/4HANA Finance and Product Costing processes within a manufacturing/Supply Chain environment.
- Understand and validate Plan-to-Produce and MTS (Make-to-Stock) business processes.




- Review and validate production costing, Material Ledger, and CO-PA solutions.
- Understand business requirements and assess how they should be addressed through S/4HANA.
- Work closely with the SI team to review, challenge, and validate proposed solutions.
- Identify functional gaps, integration issues, and potential risks in the proposed solution.
- Support multiple S/4HANA projects and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Perform functional validation without requiring direct configuration access.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of SAP Finance/FI functional experience with strong Supply Chain exposure.
- Deep hands-on experience in S/4HANA Product Costing / Production Costing.
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Manufacturing and Plan-to-Produce processes.
- Hands-on experience with Make-to-Stock (MTS) manufacturing processes.
- Robust experience with Material Ledger and CO-PA in S/4HANA.
- Experience working on multiple S/4HANA implementation/reimplementation projects.
- Ability to understand business processes and evaluate, challenge, and validate S/4HANA solutions without performing configuration.
- Strong understanding of integration between Finance, Product Costing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing experience is preferred.
