- As a Ruby Software Engineer , you will work across AI-assisted development environments such as Cursor, Claude Code, and other up-to-date coding platforms to evaluate and enhance Ruby-based codebases
- Your responsibilities include reviewing code patches, identifying and debugging issues, validating business logic, and ensuring high-quality, production-ready outputs

Skills & Experience
- Required 2+ years Ruby/Rails experience
- Strong understanding of MVC patterns, ActiveRecord, RSpec Debugging and PR review skills
- Experience using AI coding platforms strong in MVC reasoning & patch evaluation
