Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced RWE (Real World Evidence) Statistical Programmer/Analyst with 8–10 years of experience to support the design, execution, and analysis of real-world studies using diverse healthcare data sources. The role requires strong expertise in biostatistics, statistical programming, and real-world data (RWD) to deliver high-quality insights for patient outcomes, safety, and longitudinal research.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design RWE studies
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Analyze real-world datasets
- Support statistical modeling and interpretation for longitudinal and safety studies
- Develop and maintain analysis programs, datasets, and outputs
- Assist in improving data pipelines, efficiency, and analysis frameworks
- Stay aligned with evolving RWE best practices and tools”

Must-Have Skills

- 8-10 Years of Experience in – Strong programming skills in SAS or R to support RWE study execution
- 6-8 Years of Experience in – Hands-on experience in Real World Evidence (RWE) studies (e.g., patient longitudinal studies, patient safety studies)
- 8-10 Years of Experience working with Real World Data (RWD) sources such as:
- a. Healthcare Claims: OPTUM CDM, PharMetrics, etc.
- c. Electronic Health Records (EHR): Flatiron, Concert AI, TriNetx, etc.
- d. Registries (SEER)





- 8-10 Years of Experience in – Statistical background to support RWE studies. Experience in RWE analyses (patient longitudinal studies, patient safety studies, etc.)
- 8-10 Years of Experience in – Ability to contribute to protocol development and Statistical Analysis Plans
- 8-10 Years of Experience in – Strong understanding of healthcare coding systems (ICD, CPT, NDC)
- 6-8 Years of Experience in – Solid biostatistics foundation with ability to support study design and analysis
- 8-10 Years of Experience in – Capability to provide statistical input for design, implementation, and programming specifications
- 8-10 years of experience in data quality checks, patterns, quality profiling, etc.

Good to Have

- Experience in Data profiling, data warehousing, Data mapping, migration skills, transformation, Healthverity – translate to IQVIA.
- Experience in – Strong programming skills in SQL or Python
- Experience in – SEER Stat and ProjPrev tool
- Experience in – OMOP data model”
