Position Summary The Rooms Division Manager will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Services, ensuring efficient room operations, excellent guest experience and effective coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
- Ensure smooth check-in, check-out and guest service.
- Monitor room cleaning, inspection and room readiness.
- Ensure accurate and real-time room status in the PMS.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Laundry, Stores and Finance for smooth room operations.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely service recovery.
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy, upgrades and upselling opportunities.
- Manage staffing, rosters, productivity, training and team discipline.
- Control housekeeping, linen, laundry and departmental costs.
- Conduct daily Rooms Division reviews and monitor operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, cleanliness and service standards.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of hotel experience, preferably in Front Office/Housekeeping/Rooms Division.
- Strong leadership and guest-handling skills.
- Good PMS and technology knowledge.
- Strong operational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a system-driven and performance-focused hotel operation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
