Hirely is recruiting Video Annotation Specialists for a large-scale AI training project focused on robotic arm video annotation and data labeling, for a hiring partner.

You’ll review videos of robotic arms performing designated tasks, identify key actions and outcomes, and create accurate annotations using detailed grading guidelines. No prior AI experience is required , although experience with AI training, robotics, or video annotation is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

- Review video footage of robotic arms performing assigned tasks
- Identify key actions, transitions, and outcomes within video sessions
- Apply detailed grading guidelines consistently and accurately
- Annotate events using video annotation tools and platforms
- Create structured observations to support AI training and data labeling
- Review annotations for accuracy and consistency
- Resolve ambiguous cases using project guidelines and available resources
- Collaborate with trainers and other contributors
- Document findings and submit completed annotated datasets
- Communicate progress, challenges, and insights clearly
- Participate in ongoing quality reviews and incorporate feedback
- Meet project standards, milestones, and submission requirements

Who We're Looking For

- Previous experience with video annotation or data labeling
- Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed grading guidelines




- Strong time management and self-organization
- Experience working independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with video annotation tools or platforms
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to maintain consistent judgments across large volumes of video
- AI training, machine learning data preparation, or robotics experience is strongly preferred
- Comfortable receiving feedback and improving annotation quality

Compensation & Terms

- $50-$90/hour
- Remote contractor opportunity
- No prior AI experience required
